Position: YES Graduate Programme – Human Resources
Location: Port Elizabeth/Uitenhage
Department: Country Human Resources
Reports to: Country HR Director
Contract: 12 months contract as part of our Graduate program

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

•    Participating in recruitment for Country positions
•    Managing the onboarding of new employees 
•    Support in managing of Exit Interview process 
•    Reporting – consolidation of Country reports and preparation of adhoc reports
•    Supporting the Talent and Development of Graduates Programme
•    Support in the managing the Performance Reviews and Objective Setting process.
•    Support in preparation of the Talent Review Process 
•    Leading the Faurecia South Africa Internal and External Communication (Linked-in and Internal Newsletters)
•    Assist in the preparation of all country HR training programmes and workshops
•    Planning of HR Projects and Events
•    Managing the SAF YES Programme
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be: 

•    Formal qualification in HR, or related studies
•    Final year students to provide a confirmation letter stamp by the University that you are eligible to graduate.
•    Results-orientated
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong written and oral communications skills
•    Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint)
•    Strong Interpersonal Skills
•    70% overall achievement on full academic results.
•    Age between 18-35
•    Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
•    Own transport is mandatory to commute between Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage Plant.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of the Yes Graduate is to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety &Environment (HSE) standards of several Autonomous Production Groups (GAP). The main mission of the role are to:

•    Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated groups:
o    Direct QCD initiatives: set targets, implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results.
o    Drive actions for improvement: communicate with the Autonomous Production Unit Manager, Production Supervisors of other shifts, and support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and precise action plans.
o    Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality improvement methods (5S, TPM, 6M…).
•    Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team:
o    Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardised work methods, assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems.
o    Develop the team: ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc.
•    Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards: interfere in production line in case of safety risks and drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be: 
•    3-year National Diploma or B-Tech in Operations Management/Industrial Engineering or Graduating in these career fields in 2025.
•    Please provide a confirmation letter stamp by the University that you are eligible to graduate.
•    Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential
•    Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools
•    A detail orientated person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way.   Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
•    70% overall achievement on full academic results.
•    Age between 18-35
•    Never been registered with the Y.E.S Youth Program before
•    Shifts work required.

Location: Country Office South Africa (based in Cape Town)
Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager
Contract: 12 months contract as part of our Graduate program for South African Graduates.

Job Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: 
The Finance Graduate will be responsible for various support activities in the Finance Shared Service Centre.

The main missions will be as follows:
•    Indexing of supplier invoices in the SAP system.
•    Responding to supplier enquiries on payment of invoices and general queries.
•    Reconciliation of all creditors statements.
•    Processing of supplier invoices in SAP.
•    Other tasks as may be required operationally.

The main missions will be to gain development and learning in all aspects of the Finance Shared Service Centre.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
The ideal graduate will have/be: 
•    Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting
•    An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark.
•    Strong analytical and problem solving-skills. 
•    Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
