Value Group: Unemployed Learnership Programme 2026/2027

Value Group invites unemployed youth to apply for the Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF 5) Unemployed Learnership for the 2026/2027 intake. This 12-month programme runs from 2 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 and is designed to provide practical workplace experience and formal training in the logistics and supply chain sector.
Training will take place in Gauteng (Germiston, Krugersdorp, Pomona and Isando), Western Cape (Joostenberg Vlakte), and KwaZulu-Natal (Cato Ridge and Pinetown). Interested applicants must submit their applications before the closing date of 16 January 2026.

Our learnership programme is designed to equip participants with an Occupational Qualification, helping them develop the skills needed to become employable in the Logistics and Supply Chain Operational sector.
We are pleased to offer a 12-month learnership opportunity to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. The programme includes training in Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.

The structured 12-month learnership programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in the Logistics and Supply Chain sector.
Programme duration:
2 March 2026 – 28 February 2027
Learnership Structure
- Classroom Training: Theoretical and practical training one week per month
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (overtime may be required)
- EISA Examination: Written at the end of the programme
- Workplace Experience: Exposure in an operational environment
- Monthly Stipend: Provided for travel to the site where the learner is placed
Minimum Requirements
- Age: 21 – 29 years
- Education: Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% pass rate
Recruitment and Selection Process
- Face-to-Face Interview: Panel-based interview at the relevant region
- Literacy and Numeracy Assessment: To determine proficiency
- Criminal Check: Background verification will be conducted
