This HWSETA-supported Learnership opportunity reports to the Wellness Team Leader and offers practical workplace exposure, including data capturing and management, general office administration, participation in special call-back projects, affiliate recruitment and orientation, shadowing experienced therapists, and support in counselling, clinical, and case management functions while adhering to all required administrative benchmarks.

Introduction

Critical Outputs
The Social Work Intern programme includes:
- Data capturing and management

- Shadowing therapists within the Care Centre to gain counselling and clinical exposure
- Case management support
- Adherence to all administrative benchmarks, including Major Joints for Life Healthcare, outbound request allocations, quality reviews, invoicing, managerial case referral allocation, case management, and mailbox management
Requirements
- Must be unemployed to qualify for the project
- Matric certificate
- University degree in Social Work
- Must not have previously participated in an HWSETA internship programme
- Computer proficiency (MS Office required)
