South African Weather Service (SAWS): Internship Programme

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) is calling on unemployed youth aged 18-35 to seize the opportunity and apply for a two-year Internship Programme.

The South African Weather Service (SAWS) hereby invites applications for a two-year Internship Programme.
We are looking for high- achieving graduates to join our Internship Programme in the following fields:
- Company Secretary – Intern (Centurion) – (bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Legal / Business Admin / Public Administration and Corporate Governance).
Applicants must comply with the following requirements:
- Submit detailed CV with all necessary information (i.e., Address and Date of Birth)
- Applicant to attach academic transcript and Completed Qualification on the Recruitment Portal.
- Applicant must be 18 – 35 years of age.
- An applicant must have been unemployed and with no work experience
Interns will be placed at the SAWS Head office in Centurion. Successful candidates will be responsible for their own transport to the office. The SAWS will pay a monthly stipend of R6 500.00
Successful candidates will be required to enter into an Internship Agreement with SAWS for a duration of twenty-four months. There will be no obligation to employ the intern on completion of the Programme.
