This role is designed for recent graduates looking to start their career in supply chain management or logistics.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning.
Education:
- National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or related.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating the logistics of product distribution,
including transportation, warehousing, and delivery. - Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory and accurate stock keeping
- Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations based on findings.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Filing up to date.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as production, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics such as lead times, order accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- Compliance: Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
