Position: Meat Processing Graduate Trainee
Salary: National minimum wage
Location: Queenstown, Eastern Cape

A rotational year of learning and practical exposure to various aspects of an abattoir.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Meat Technology/ Meat Production/ Food Technology
- National Senior Certificate – Grade 12
Key Performance Areas:
- Food safety and quality assurance
- Meat cutting and trimming proficiency
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Documentation and record keeping
- Teamwork and communication skills
General Competence Required:
- Driver’s license
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Very responsible, hardworking and dedicated
- Organized and able to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with prolonged attention span
- Business-minded and able to make informed decisions
- Excellent managerial skills
