POSITION OVERVIEW:
This internship program aims to provide a workplace experience to unemployed graduates to better equip them to compete in the labour market and increase their employability opportunities. This position will provide an administrative support to the Executive Assistants in this office, this shall include filing, record keeping, photocopying etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Diploma in Office Admin, Secretarial or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Bachelor’s degree on the above will be an added advantage

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Executive Assistant to the School Director and the Executive Assistant to the Board
- Ensure that proper filing is done and recorded timeously
- Relieve the receptionist from time to time
- Capture data on various systems
- Assist with the movement of items from different locations
- Coordinate the administration process within the office
- Be available to collect and deliver items in other
- Direct involvement in selected enrolment projects
