The Sasol Bridge to Work programme, in partnership with The Education Support Forum (TEDSF) and Jobs Fund, is offering a 4-week training opportunity focused on the solar PV value chain.

This specialised programme is designed to build expertise and innovation in South Africa’s growing green energy sector. Residents of Lekwa or Dipaleseng Municipalities are invited to apply. See all the requirements and how to apply:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be between 18 – 35 years old.
  • Must be interested in career opportunities within the green energy sector (especially solar).
  • Seek to enhance technical skills and employability in green energy.
  • Must be available to commit to this 4-week training programme.
  • Existing business owners who would like to enhance their skills can also apply to be part of the programme.
  • Educational Qualification: NCV Level 4 Engineering Studies/ N3 – N6 Engineering Studies.
  • Must be a resident of the Lekwa or Dipaleseng Municipality.
