The Glencore Coal SA invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for Experiential Training Programme for a period of 12 months.

Applications are invited for Practical Trainees who need to complete the P1 and P2 requirements in the following disciplines:
- Metallurgy
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
To be considered for the opportunities, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma (S4)
- Preference will be given to applicants in the local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa are located
- Proof of residence to be submitted with application.
- Selection will be line with the Employment Equity requirements of the Company
- Short-listed candidates will be subjected to assessment and interview as part of the selection process.
The Practical Training Programme will cover the following:
- Experiential Learning for a 12 months period to assist the practical trainee in obtaining his/her relevant Diploma.
- The Company offers a monthly stipend.
