Overview
A learnership is a work-based learning programme that leads to a qualification that is registered in the National Qualifications Framework. Learnerships are directly related to an occupation or field of work, for example or office administration.
Projects are diverse in their nature, so a wide range of skills is required to manage them.
This qualification provides the foundation for an individual in an organisation to plan, implement and manage projects successfully.
Learners will acquire the specific skills to be an effective project team member, undertake a range of project management administration or support tasks and contribute to the planning and execution of projects or sub-projects.
It is designed for people working in a project environment as a team member, project administrator or leader of a small project/sub-project.
