- Complete practical and theoretical requirements.
- Study and understand the relevant learning outcomes and learning fields.
- Complete studies/courses at formal learning institutions.
- Gain practical experience in a manufacturing plant during the study period.
- Complete general Induction/Maintenance Theory & Practice, Dairy Technology, Productivity and Economy subjects.
- Complete practical training curriculum and Millwright Trade Test at the designated Training Centre.
- You will be placed at a manufacturing plant to gain work experience while completing the learning programme.
- You will gain invaluable experience and be paid a monthly stipend.

- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering subjects
- Must have ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐๐% ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐
- Achieved ๐๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ ๐๐% ๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ (not maths literacy)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Reliable and willing to continuously learn new technologies
- Practical experience in a production or maintenance department will be an added advantage
If you matriculated between 2020 – 2025, and have first-class grades in Science and Maths, you are eligible to apply. Please ensure you meet all the requirements before submitting your application.
