Position: Forensic Administrator-Intern
Stipend: R5 500 per month

Description

ROLE PURPOSE: 

The Forensic Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day Forensics Department (FD) operational requirements for the business area, including servicing stakeholders with forensics related queries, capturing reported cases, processing claims and invoices. The Forensic Administrator will also be required to support the implementation of the FD Strategy through key FD initiatives, as required. 

In delivering FD support to the business, the Forensic Administrator must always ensure compliance with  

business requirements, policies and procedures. The incumbent also acts as an employee champion and is responsible for driving the values and culture of the organisation.

EDUCATION 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

NQF Level 5 qualification in Fraud Risk Management/Business Management/Business Administration  

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

0 – 6 months minimum general office administration experience (preferably) 

DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 

Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)  

Knowledge on RUBIQ case management system (advantageous)  

Good written and verbal communication  

Working knowledge of fraud
