In their first year, graduates go through a comprehensive development programme aimed at equipping them with the skills they need to succeed. This development programme includes: The future fit programme, designed to build the graduates business understanding, critical thinking, complex problem solving, general awareness as well as resilience.

The graduates typically work on a business project and will present their solution to a panel consisting of some RMB Exco members

Qualifying criteria

  • Postgraduate degree (Honours degree or higher) in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics
  • Average of 65%
  • Less than 12 months working experience
  • South African citizen
  • Programme must be attended in person in Sandton, Johannesburg (not remotely).
