The development of our graduates follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).

We are looking for graduates with the following qualifications:

Engineering: Chemical, Mining

Sciences: Chemistry, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Information Technology, Data Science

Management: Accounting, Finance, Real Estate / Property Management, Law, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Communications

The BASF Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month programme that is designed to produce specialists and future business and people leaders in alignment with internal and external skills gaps.

You qualify for this programme if:

You have fully completed a university degree or diploma that matches our Priority Qualifications for the year.
You have 1 – 2 years of working experience in a relevant field.
You are a South African Citizen
