Tychoflash Training and Coaching is a vibrant training and coaching company under the umbrella of Tychoflash Minerals Mining and Construction Services with a footprint in both Platinum and Gold mining sub-sectors.
This exciting opportunity is for anyone interested in pursuing a career in core Mining Operations. The Non-Artisan Learnership Programme is for twelve months (12) / one year with a duration regulated through a fixed-term employment contract guided by the Sectoral Determination No. 5. As well as the and the SETA Work-Based Learning Programme Agreement Regulations of 2018.This Learning Programme is aimed at and focusing on mining operations skills. The successful candidate shall report to the Training Coordinator on Learning Programme Progress and to the HOD aligned to the field of study on technical development and work output.
What You Require Completed Grade 12 / Matric / Standard 10 OR equivalent (i.e., N3 or NCV Level 4) with Maths / Maths literacy
NO Learning Programme Title 1 NC: Mining Operations for Underground Hardrock NQF Level 2
What We Require: Candidates must be declared Medically fit for the position and working environment. Professionalism, Emotional maturity, Motivated, Organised, Ambitious, Analytical, Assertiveness Independent, Positive attitude
What You Will Learn: Successful candidates will have the opportunity to attend the theoretical training at an MQA accredited Training Provider as well as gain hands-on Workplace-Based Practical Learning and working in the field under supervision and coaching, and tutelage of competent Subject Matter Expert (Line Management and Supervisors). This will include a structured training programme guided through a standards structure logbook with additional training and development courses were deemed necessary.
