Purpose of the Job: Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to be placed on an Engineering Learning Program (Learnership). A limited number of positions are available Field of Training:

Minimum Entry Level Requirements:
- Diesel Mechanic: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Diesel Mechanic Engineering Certificate
- Electrician: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Electrical Engineering Certificate
- Auto Electrician: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Auto Electrical Engineering Certificate
- Fitter: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Fitter Engineering Certificate
- Boilermaker: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Boilermaker Engineering Certificate
- Plumber: Grade 12 with Maths and Science, N2 Plumber Engineering Certificate
Minimum Experience:
- Operative/Generic Engineering Skills Programme
- Minimum of 2 years engineering experience
Terms & Conditions: Successful candidates will be appointed on the condition of being certified medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996. Applicants must be prepared to undergo job-related assessments if required as part of the selection process. Credit, criminal, and reference checks may be done by the Mine if deemed necessary
