Programme Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties: filing, record-keeping, data capturing
  • Support document preparation (reports, presentations, spreadsheets)
  • Email, telephone, and in-person communication management
  • Provide excellent customer service and call resolution for Tracker clients per SOPs
  • Maintain departmental Abandonment Rate and Service Levels
  • Capture and update client information accurately; follow up on outstanding queries
  • Use post-call service rating systems and maintain accurate statistics
  • Assist clients with basic financial and legal queries
  • Support customer retention through effective query resolution
  • Perform post-installation testing and provide first-line technical support for Tracker units
  • Adhere to telephony schedule and communication SLAs
  • Assist with additional tasks assigned to ensure quality service
Minimum Requirements
  • South African citizen, aged 18-35, no criminal record
  • Matric certificate with:
    • English: Level 4/D symbol
    • Mathematics or Maths Literacy: Level 3/E symbol
  • Unemployed and not currently studying
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure and in a multi-skilling environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic
  • Passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
