TBSA Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

Toyota Boshoku South Africa invites applications from suitably qualified and unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Trainee Programme 2026, based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The programme offers a 24-month structured opportunity designed to provide practical workplace experience and technical exposure within a leading automotive manufacturing environment. Graduates who have completed qualifications in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical, Industrial, Information, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering are encouraged to submit applications.

Applicants must be South African citizens who have completed an NQF Level 8 qualification and must not be participating in or have previously participated in a graduate programme. Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens
  • Have completed a relevant degree qualification
  • Not currently be participating in another graduate programme
  • Not have previously participated in a graduate development programme

Applicants must hold Matric and a Degree (NQF Level 8) in one of the following fields:

  • BSc Mechanical Engineering (3 positions)
  • BSc Mechatronic Engineering (included within Mechanical allocation)
  • BSc Chemical Engineering (1 position)
  • BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering (2 positions)
  • BSc Information Engineering (1 position)
  • BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering (1 position)
  • BEng/BSc Electronic Engineering (included within Electrical allocation)
