Deliver Talent Acquisition (TA) operational excellence through stakeholder hiring experience, leveraging digital tools and providing TA data and insights. Adhere to the risk and governance framework for the respective CoE to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated. Understand resourcing requests from stakeholders i.e. recruiting managers, HCBP’s, youth/graduate programmes etc and deliver TA activities that positively influence and surpass stakeholder expectations. Play an integrator role in proactively managing the operation dependencies that exist between internal and external stakeholders i.e. outsourcing partners, CoE’s etc. to deliver seamless TA activities.

Leverage all people technologies, tools, platforms and systems to drive productivity and efficient delivery of TA operations. Adhere to relevant People and Culture data policies so that quality data is consistently and appropriately stored, used and managed.

Confirm the integrity of data collated, assessing systems used and reports received to ensure the quality of information gathered and generated meets the required standards.

Qualifications

  • A South African citizen.
  • Aged 18-30.
  • Fluent in English (speak, read and write).
  • Have successfully completed an Undergrad Degree in Social Sciences.
  • Computer literate.
  • Not permanently employed.
  • Maximum of 2 years work experience.
  • Not studying at any other institution.
  • Not registered on any other learnership.
