Position: Graduate In Training – Hotazel Manganese Mines
Location: Hotazel, Northern Cape

ABOUT THE ROLE:
HMM is launching the 2025 Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program is a program designed to smoothly transition recent graduates from university to the work environment. The program provides challenging and rewarding work to develop our graduates into future leaders and technical experts at HMM.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- To learn and gain practical exposure;
- Lead safely every day;
- Be a Team player with strong leadership potential;
- Demonstrate drive, ambition, and passion for challenging work in our operations.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Have no more than two years of relevant work experience
- Eager to gain exposure in and work in the Mining industry.
- Good communication, analytical and logical thinking skills will be preferable.
- Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team is essential.
Qualifications for this role are:
BSc/ BEng Degree/BTECH/National Diploma in:
- Mining Engineering
- Rock Engineering
- Mine Survey
- Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (Mine Processing)
- Industrial Engineering
