The programme is designed for candidates who have not previously completed or are not currently engaged in university studies and who reside within the labour-sending areas or local communities.

Successful applicants will be required to complete all modules of the development programme within the prescribed timeframe while adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
