The programme is open to recent graduates with relevant qualifications in disciplines such as Finance, Engineering, Food Science, IT, Human Resources, Marketing, and related fields. Successful candidates will embark on a structured 12- to 36-month journey that includes rotational assignments, leadership development, and executive mentoring opportunities.
