Key Responsibilities
The successful intern will perform a variety of technical and administrative duties within the Information Technology Division. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Providing technical support to staff members by diagnosing and resolving Information Technology-related problems.
- Assisting with maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and computer hardware.
- Supporting system maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of Information Technology services.
- Conducting research on emerging technologies that may improve existing Information Technology systems.
- Assisting with analysing data and preparing reports.
- Supporting dashboard development for business reporting and decision-making.
- Assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 services.
