Saldanha Bay Municipality welcomes South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 years to apply for the Graduate Internship Programme for a term of 12 months (2025/2026).

Position: Graduate Internship

Salary: R6 500.00 per month / R78 000.00 per annum (all-inclusive)

Duration: 1-year contract

Graduate Internship: Office Management and Technology (1)
Applicants must be in possession of a ND in Office Management and Technology • Computer Literacy in MS Office •Good interpersonal skills • Driver’s license will be an advantage • Ability to work under pressure • Good communications skills in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape • Candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 35.

Internship Overview: This programme is aimed to capacitate graduates in local government fields for experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned with practical application and skills development in a professional local government setting.


Graduate Internship: Human Resource Management (4)
Applicants must be in possession of a ND: Human Resource Management • Computer Literacy in MS Office • Good interpersonal skills • Driver’s license will be an advantage • Ability to work under pressure • Good communications skills in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape • Candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 35.

Internship Overview: This programme is aimed to capacitate graduates in local government fields for experiential learning that integrates knowledge and theory learned with practical application and skills development in a professional local government setting.


Graduate Internship: Project Management (1)
Applicants must be in possession of Advanced Diploma in Project Management • Computer Literacy in MS Office • Good interpersonal skills • Driver’s license will be an advantage • Ability to work under pressure • Good communications skills in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape • Candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 35.
