As we continue to grow,we are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentices: Engineering at our RCL FOODS Bushbuckridge Baking Operation Unit.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- N4 qualification
- N5 and above qualification will be an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must be medically fit and capable of performing physical work as required by the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
As an Engineering Apprentice at RCL Foods, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Learn on the Job: Gain hands-on experience working on machinery and equipment used in the food manufacturing industry.
- Develop Technical Skills: Understanding the engineering process that support the day-to-day operations of RCL Foods manufacturing units.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Work closely with senior Engineers to identify, diagnose, and solve equipment malfunctions, ensuring a smooth running operation.
- Work with Cutting-Edge Technology: Be part of a forward-thinking team, utilizing the latest in Engineering technology methods.
