Job Description
We have an exciting learning opportunity for a HR Graduate, which will include exposure, understanding and application of the following:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g. SAGE, Greylink)
- HR Operations understanding and application (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, terminations)
- Learning and Development administration and systems (e.g. Moodle, SAGE)
- Process understanding for the following disciplines within Human Resources:
- Learning and Development
- Talent / Skills Development
- Organisational Development
- Industrial Relations
The Graduate will at times support the national Human Resources structure in rolling out of specific projects / tasks.
May be required to travel to other sites for exposure to all business units
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Driver’s license (advantageous)
Experience Requirements
There is no experience required. Graduate at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in starting their careers with the Human Resources field.
