Main functions will include but is not limited to:
- The successful candidate will be exposed to real and practical learning in an actual working environment.
- Assist with operational/execution and technical support activities and tasks.
- Rotation: incumbents will be exposed to a variety of disciplines and projects.
- Structured Performance Management: Incumbents will be evaluated on milestones achieved.
- Constant mentorship, guidance, and support.
- Be offered meaningful work and opportunities to contribute to the to the success of the business.
- Held accountable for quality delivery of contribution.

Minimum qualifications and experience:
- BSc/Beng Graduate
- Field of study: Mechanical/Electrical
- No experience required
