Old Mutual invites applications for the Learner Programme based in Johannesburg. The opportunity is designed for unemployed youth who are passionate about building a successful career within the financial services industry. The initiative forms part of Old Mutual’s commitment to empowering young South Africans through skills development, professional growth, and meaningful employment opportunities that contribute to the broader African success story.
Eligible applicants must hold a valid Matric certificate with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35, and must not have been employed for more than 12 months. Preference will be given to candidates from under-represented designated groups, including persons with disabilities. The closing date for applications is 06 November 2025 at 23:59.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to apply you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have a valid Matric certificate – 31 December 2024
- You must have Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
- You must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 35
- Must not be employed more than 12 months
- Must have a valid ID document
- Must have English as a Language
