NTCSA 2026 New Learner Intake – Applications Now Open

National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA) invites applications for the 2026 New Learner Intake, offering 174 learner opportunities across various NTCSA sites nationwide. This programme is designed to support skills development and build a strong talent pipeline through structured training programmes, including Learners, Graduates in Training, Engineers in Training, Technicians in Training, and Artisan Learners.
The training duration ranges from 12 months to 36 months, depending on the position, with successful candidates receiving a monthly stipend in line with NTCSA policies. Opportunities are available in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Free State (Bloemfontein), Eastern Cape, and Northern Cape. Applications must be submitted before the closing date of 21 January 2026, as late applications will not be considered.

Duration:
- Learners (Non-Technical): 12 months
- Technicians in Training / Pupil Technicians: 12 months
- Engineers in Training (EIT): 24 months

- Learner Artisans: 3 years
