Position: Internship Programme (Student Interns)

  • TVET students with N6 Certificate and experiential learning letter from recognized Technical Vocational Education and Training Colleges.

The following fields of study are as follows:

  • N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • N6 Certificate in Public Management/Administration
  • N6 Certificate in Financial Management
  • N6 Certificate in Business Management
  • N6 Certificate in Management Assistant

Position: Internship Programme (Graduate Interns)

Please Note:
Applications will only be considered from unemployed youth in the North West Province; aged between 18 and 35 years.
Applicants who have already participated in an internship programme in any Government Department will not be considered.

  • Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Psychologist (Student/Intern) and must be currently busy with Master’s Degree in Health Professional.

All shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job. Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments).

The competency assessment will be testing generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Suitable candidates will be subjected to a personnel suitability check (criminal record, citizenship, credit record checks, qualification verification and employment verification.
