Role Summary
The Human Resources Intern will be exposed and required to perform human resources administration function, which includes CSA, legislation, leave, payments of casual staff, filing, medical aid, and employee wellbeing and ensure accuracy of input to a centralised payroll function.
The incumbent is further required to meet tight deadlines, to be accurate, to follow policies and procedures and to interact with members of the staff, management, external companies/agencies associated with Netcare and members of the public.
Inherent Requirements
- Must have a completed National Diploma in human resources management or related studies or an equivalent NQF level 7 qualification.
- No working experience as this is an internship role.
- A structured learning programme will be provided by company
