Legal Internship Vacancies Available at CRL Rights Commission

The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL) invites applications for the Internship Programme: Investigations and Conflict Resolution Unit (Reference Number: CRL/2026/2). Four (4) internship positions are available within the Department of Investigations and Conflict Resolution. The programme offers a monthly stipend of R10 106.21, and successful applicants will be required to enter into a twenty-four (24) months contract. The closing date for applications is 20 January 2026.

The internship is open to South African unemployed graduates between the ages of 25 and 40 who hold an LLB degree or an equivalent NQF Level 8 legal qualification with 480 credits, as recognised by SAQA. Successful candidates will be expected to complete all tasks assigned in relation to the post, including the review of municipal by-laws and other matters falling within the mandate of the Investigations and Conflict Resolution Unit.
