As an accredited training provider, Indwe offers training and workplace experiential learning to selected interns/learners for a period of 12 months.
The programme is designed in such a way that the interns /learners are prepared for future employment in the Short-Term insurance industry, equipped with a sound understanding of how a broker operates.
The internship/learnership project was initiated due to the shortage of young professionals in the Short-Term insurance industry and to support the growth and development strategy of the organization.
The learnership/internship for 2025 will commence early in the first quarter of 2025.

- Basic Knowledge/Skills in Relevant Area: Some background or interest in the field you are applying for (e.g., marketing, IT, design, business, etc.).
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive Attitude: Take initiative and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
