Position: Finance Graduate Intern

Introduction
in2food is a premium food and beverage manufacturer specialising in private label and own brands. An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Finance
Graduate Intern to join our dynamic team. This role isresponsible to ensure that the finance graduate intern to assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, address challenges, and implement solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
in2food Central:
• Full Accounts Payable function:
o Creating, updating and obtaining approvals for purchase orders.
o Processing and clearing of Goods Receipt Notes on purchase orders.
o Processing of invoices and following up with suppliers on outstanding balances.
o Performing creditors reconciliations
• Full Accounts Receivable function:
o Creating and distributing of invoices.
o Sending out debtor’s statements and following up on outstanding balances.
o Allocating and processing of credit card statements.
o Creating of journals.
o Pulling of customer reports from Experian SA.
in2food Europe:
• Full Foreign Accounts Payable function:
o Creating, updating and obtaining approvals for purchase orders.
o Processing and clearing of Goods Receipt Notes on purchase orders.
o Processing of invoices and following up with suppliers on outstanding balances.
o Performing creditors reconciliations

o Payfast reconciliations to Syspro
Desired Experience & Qualification
• National Diploma in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree or post-graduate degree in Financial Accounting advantageous.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Syspro experience would be advantageous, but not a requirement
