- Be a South African citizen, aged between 18 and 25.
- Have completed Matric/Grade 12.
- Have achieved 60% or higher in English and one additional language.
- Have passed Mathematics with 50% or higher, or Mathematics Literacy with 60% or higher.
- Not be currently enrolled in any formal study program.
- Not be registered for any other learnership program.
- Not have previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry.
- Be currently unemployed or not have been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
- Computer literacy is considered an advantage.
