About the Admin Clerk Position
The Admin Clerk position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the logistics site. Administrative efficiency contributes significantly to the smooth running of business activities, making this role essential to operational success.

The position also requires working with company systems such as Tracker, AEMS, and IMARS to capture estimates and daily invoicing while ensuring all information is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to perform a variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to the following:
- Compile and present documents in a professional and complete manner.
- Record information systematically for easy retrieval.
- Maintain the company filing system accurately.
- Ensure that all records remain current and up to date.
- Prepare reports requested by the Site Manager.
- Distribute documents as instructed.
- Resolve administrative queries submitted by the Site Manager.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Perform additional administrative duties when required.
- Capture estimates using Tracker, AEMS, and IMARS.
- Ensure the correct rates are applied when processing estimates.
- Capture daily invoicing for minor, medium, and major estimates.
- Process invoicing for all clients.
- Report units containing incorrect information, rejected records, or incorrect STS codes.
- Maintain high levels of administrative accuracy.
- Support efficient office operations through organised record management.
