FoodBev SETA Learnerships at CCBSA 2026

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2026 In-Service Traineeships, Internships and Learnerships, registered with the FoodBev SETA. These 12-month programmes are designed to provide practical workplace experience while supporting skills development across various business functions. Successful applicants will commence the programme in April 2026.

Opportunities are available in several areas, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Processing, Logistics, Procurement, Learning and Development, Fleet, Remuneration and Benefits, and Human Resources Administration. Applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35, hold a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%), and demonstrate proficiency in English and at least one other South African language. Some roles require applicants to be studying towards or to have completed a relevant tertiary qualification, while the HR Admin Learner position is reserved for candidates living with a disability.

General Eligibility Requirements
  • South African citizen aged 18 – 35 years
