The Ekurhuleni West TVET College invites interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for Traineeship Programme for a period of 18 months.
Position: Information Technology (IT) Trainee – Kempton Campus

Stipend: R4 200.00 per month

Post Description:
Information Technology Trainee
- Basic repair to printers, or make recommendations for repair;
- Make recommendations for ordering of computer parts as needed;
- Rendering customer service;
- Assist offices at campus or head office with network operations;
- Loading software;
- Assisting with registration of students.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / IT NC(V) Level 4 Certificate, A+, N+, and ICDL, or equivalent.
Candidates are to complete and submit by hand:
- A NEW (effective from 01 January 2021 – those who use the old Z83 form will be disqualified) Z83: Application for Employment Form (obtainable from any Public Service Department, or here: Z83: Application for Employment Form).
The form must be accompanied by:
- A comprehensive CV with three (3) contactable references, with email addresses;
- Original Certified copies of Matric Certificate, N+, A+,ICDL and NC(V) L4 IT Certificates;
- Original certified copy of Identity Document, both sides;
- At least three (3) contactable references, with email addresses;
- Certifications should not be older than three (3) months.
