Role Context
You will be required to assist The Regional Data Transformation Team & Business Intelligence Manager with In-Country Data Transformation Leads as they support the local deployment of the STELLAR CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Country Data Transformation Leads within the given region with the materials they need to support the successful deployment of the STELLAR CRM in each country.
- Track and report on data readiness (accuracy & completeness) progress, ensuring that (pre-)deployment data quality is delivered, and that relevant feedback is collected.
- Review whether the countries are ready for STELLAR deployment in terms of data quality.
- Assist Local counterparts (Across all SSA countries) in the coordination and validation of data transformation activities within the DHL toolset .
- Should it be required, provide training/guidance to In-Country Data Transformation Leads in using the DHL tools (Cleansing Dashboards, Data Enrichment tools, MS Excel/Access, PowerBI)
- Share best practices and experience with the global level, as well as with counterparts in other regions
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data transformation and integration.
