CATHSSETA HR Internship Opportunities – SANParks

South African National Parks (SANParks) invites applications from unemployed graduates for the CATHSSETA HR Internship Programme at Kruger National Park. This 12-month fixed-term programme provides practical workplace experience in Human Resources fields including Labour Relations, Human Capital Management, HCM Administration (Payroll and Benefits), and Learning & Development at Skukuza and Phalaborwa.

The internship offers a monthly stipend based on qualification level: National Diploma (NQF 6) – R6 335.69, Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) – R7 690.16, and Honours Degree (NQF 8) – R9 088.37. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?

To qualify for the Internship Placement Programme, applicants must:

  • Be an unemployed graduate aged 18 – 35 years
  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have completed a National Diploma (NQF 6), Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or Honours Degree (NQF 8) in the above-mentioned fields from a South African Public Higher Education Institution
  • Must not have previously been employed
  • Must not have participated in an Internship Programme in the Public Service or Public Entity

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Applications must be submitted via email only.

    • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
    • Academic qualifications
    • Academic transcripts
    • South African ID
  • Clearly indicate the Park/Workstation, Division and Field of Study.
  • Applicants applying outside their area of residence must arrange their own accommodation and transport.
