Position: IT Intern
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Closing Date: 16 August 2024
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is in his or her final year, and is looking for valuable
work experience in a fast-paced working environment. The successful applicant will report to the IT
Manager, and will be based at our Head Office in Observatory, Johannesburg.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Setting up new users.
- Offer application support, such as troubleshooting problems.
- Releasing and blocking emails via Mimecast.
- FleetLogiX and Pragma On Key basic support.
- Assist in installing printers.
- Provide support to O365 activation issues.
- Activating Citrix Clients.
- Assist with setting up notebooks for users.
- Check the Antivirus console and troubleshoot issues.
- Redo Citrix profiles.
- Ensuring proper maintenance on OneDrive.
- Ad hoc
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preference will be given to BBBEE Female candidate.
- Matric Certificate and studying towards a National Diploma in Information Technology
- Knowledge in Accounting will be advantageous.
- The successful candidate will be expected to perform both Practical 1 & 2
- Strong work ethics.
