Sustainability Consulting Internship – Strategy, Carbon Finance and Disclosure
We are looking for an analytically strong candidate with no prior experience required to join our sustainability team at Brundtland.
This 3 – 6 month internship, which depending on performance, could be followed up with a full-time offer to join our firm. Within our growing practice, we assist clients in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, carbon financing low-carbon initiatives and managing voluntary and compliance-driven ESG disclosures.
Candidates
You are a recent graduate or about to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree with honours or a Master’s degree in an engineering/environmental/economic discipline with a strong academic record. You have a good understanding of climate change mitigation and sustainability and are eager to further your professional career in these fields.
You are proactive, enjoy working in teams, have a good grip on numbers and can write about findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. You are happy to commute regularly to our offices in The Firestation, Rosebank.

Your responsibilities
Under the guidance of the consultants in the firm, you will get the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects in the climate strategy, carbon finance and ESG disclosure spaces.
