Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizen, aged 18–28.
  • Currently unemployed and seeking work experience.
  • Not presently a full time-student.
  • Willing to work in a warehouse (cold) environment.
  • Currently residing in Bloemfontein.
  • Preferred male candidates because of the nature of the job.
  • Have not previously participated in the YES Programme.
  • Matric certificate (Additional qualifications in Finance, HR, Legal, Logistics, Quality Management, Food Science & Technology, Sales, Operations Management, Marketing, Supply-Chain and Transport Management, will be an advantage).
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player.
  • We are looking for young people with grit, who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a real passion for our business and the foodservice sector.
  • You must be willing and able to commit to the completion of a full 12-month YES4Youth programme.
