AVBOB is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the 2026 Long Term Insurance Learnership Programme offered in partnership with INSETA. This 12 month learnership provides an excellent opportunity for young people who want to gain valuable workplace experience while completing an Occupational Certificate: Long Term Insurance Adviser (NQF Level 5, 180 Credits).
The programme is designed to equip learners with practical insurance knowledge, customer service skills, communication abilities, and industry experience required to build a successful career in the long term insurance sector. Learners will receive structured training, workplace exposure, and a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
Successful applicants will be placed at various AVBOB branches and offices across Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, and other selected locations depending on operational requirements. Placement is determined by the employer.
