African Rainbow Minerals (ARM) invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for the 9X Graduate Development Programme (C-Lower Patterson Grading). The programme is designed to prepare successful applicants to obtain the legal certifications required in the mining industry while gaining exposure across operational areas. Positions are available across ARM operations in the Northern Cape, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga.

Purpose of the Job:
The Graduate Development Programme aims to prepare incumbents to acquire the legal certification required to work within the mining industry. The programme also provides the necessary training to gain exposure and knowledge across various sections, while supporting personal development to contribute towards achieving business goals.

Graduate Geologist X2
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Geology (Honours).
• MSc Geology advantageous.
Junior Engineers X2
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in BEng / BSc Mechanical or High Current Electrical Engineering degree or National Diploma.
Graduate Human Resources Development X1
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification – Degree in Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology.
Graduate Rock Engineer X1
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Mining Engineering / Geology / Natural Sciences.
Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers X2
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in BSc Civil Engineering.
Graduate Mining Engineers X1
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification – Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering.
Graduate Occupational Hygiene X1
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Health, Sciences, or Occupational Hygiene.
Graduate Mining Planner X1
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification – Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering or Geology.
Graduate Finance X2
Job Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary qualification in BCom Financial Accounting, Management, or Economics.
