Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the YES Programme 2026/2027, a 12-month work-based experience aimed at improving employability and providing practical workplace exposure. The programme offers monthly stipends of R5 000 for NQF Level 6, R6 000 for NQF Level 7 and R7 000 for NQF Level 8 participants, with opportunities available across various fields including registration, finance, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, communications, occupational health and safety, research and development, and law enforcement administration in several provinces.

Eligible applicants must hold relevant National Diplomas or Degrees aligned with the specific programme applied for. All applications must be submitted on or before 16 January 2026. Successful candidates will gain valuable skills, hands-on experience and improved career readiness through structured workplace learning under the YES Programme.
