AgriSETA: Graduate Placement Programme 2026/2027
The Limpopo Department of Agriculture and Rural Development invites suitably qualified and unemployed TVET graduates to apply for the AgriSETA Graduate Placement Programme at Tompi Seleka Agricultural College for the 2026/2027 financial year. The programme offers structured workplace exposure across various disciplines, including Plant Production, Animal Production, Agricultural Extension and Partnership, Human Resource Services, Financial Management, ICT, and Library Services, with the aim of equipping graduates with practical skills and real-world experience within the public service environment.
The graduate placement runs for a fixed period of twelve months and provides a monthly stipend of R5 000.00 to successful candidates. Applicants must meet the specified qualification and eligibility requirements and submit their applications before the closing date of 13 February 2026 at 16:00, quoting the correct reference number as indicated for each discipline.

REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants should be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Applicants must be graduates from TVET colleges only.
- Applicants from Tompi Seleka Agricultural College in Plant Production and Animal Production will be considered.
- Applicants should have never participated in the AgriSETA Graduate Placement or any other developmental programme.
- Residents of Sekhukhune District Municipality and Ephraim Mogale Municipality will be given preferential consideration.
- Successful candidates will enter into a twelve (12) months fixed-term contract with AgriSETA and Tompi Seleka Agricultural College.
DUTIES
Successful applicants will be offered a twelve (12) months comprehensive fixed-term contract for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months for structured on-the-job training to enable them to gain practical work experience and a better understanding of the needs and realities of the Public Service. This will prepare graduates for proper entry into the formal job market.
REMUNERATION
The stipend for the Graduate Placement programme is R5 000.00 per month.
