The AfriSam (South Africa) invites unemployed individuals to apply for Learnership Programme 2024
Position: 18.2 Learnership: Fitter, Electrician, Diesel Mechanic
Location: Ulco Cement Operations, Northern Cape
Closing Date: 22 November 2024
Under the guidance of Maintenance Team Leaders, the incumbent will be placed on a training programme to qualify in ab artisan trade. A Learnership agreement, on a fixed term basis, will be entered into between the company and the selected candidates.
The development plan for Learnership entails the following:
- Off-the-job training at an identified Technical Training Centre.
- On-the-job training to ensure that learners are exposed to mechanical, electrical and Instrumentation equipment and maintenance practices.
The learner will be required to sign the 18.2 Learnership Agreement in order to participate in the Learnership Programme. The agreement will also be registered with the MQA.
