
Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is inviting applications for the 2026 Graduate in Training Programme. The programme is designed to help graduates transition successfully from university into the workplace through structured practical training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
Successful candidates will complete a 24-month internship at the ATNS Head Office in Bruma, Bedfordview, and the Aviation Training Academy in Johannesburg. During the programme, graduates will receive valuable workplace experience while developing technical and professional skills required in the aviation industry.
