About the Integrated Service Excellence Programme

Applicants must reside within 30 kilometres of one of these participating sites or surrounding communities.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must satisfy all the following requirements before submitting an application:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
  • Possess a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
  • Submit a certified copy of the Matric certificate.
  • Submit a certified copy of a South African Identity Document.
  • Provide valid proof of residence.
  • Reside within a 30-kilometre radius of one of the participating camps or gates.
  • Have a genuine interest in tourism, hospitality, and customer service.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours.
  • Be willing to work weekends and public holidays whenever required.
  • Have a clean criminal record.
  • Declare any previous participation in Departmental learnerships or skills development programmes within the application letter.
